About the Project:
The "Visit Vietnam" initiative is a groundbreaking national project designed to elevate Vietnam‘s tourism industry. Our mission is to establish a prestigious, data-driven national certification that recognizes and promotes excellence in tourism services. By building a comprehensive National Tourism Platform (NTP) and leveraging innovative technologies like blockchain for review verification, we aim to enhance tourist experiences, empower businesses with actionable insights, and solidify Vietnam‘s position as a world-class travel destination.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Senior Specialist will develop and execute the comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for the Visit Vietnam initiative. You will be responsible for building a powerful and trusted national brand, driving adoption among tourism businesses, and promoting the certification to domestic and international tourists.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing and communications strategy to build awareness and prestige for the "Visit Vietnam" brand.
- Plan and manage the high-profile official launch event to generate positive media coverage and high-level support.
- Lead all public relations, media outreach, and content marketing efforts.
- Drive B2B marketing campaigns to attract and onboard tourism businesses onto the platform, supporting growth targets.
- Develop B2C marketing campaigns to promote certified businesses to tourists through various channels, including potential integration with VNeID.
- Oversee all digital marketing activities, including social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- Manage the marketing budget and track the ROI of all marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with government partners like VNAT/MCST on co-promotional activities.
Qualifications (Must-Haves):
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for a new product or brand launch.
- Strong experience across the full marketing mix, including branding, PR, digital marketing, and content marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Experience in the tourism, hospitality, or technology sectors.
- Strong media relationships in Vietnam.
- Master‘s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
