I. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Participate in the investment implementation process, design, procurement, and installation of equipment and infrastructure of food production projects, and coordinate internal resources and relationships with partners. cooperate to implement the project on schedule and with quality.
  • Develop a set of standards and monitor quality for the operations of food production facilities throughout the Sun World system.
  • Participate in developing plans and propose solutions to complete plans to prepare for production.
  • Procurement of operating equipment, tools and supplies (OS&E), raw materials to serve the production process and operations of the production facility.
  • Prepare and supply raw materials, preserve finished products and deliver and transport finished products to business establishments.
  • Recruit, train and manage production staff, including setting and monitoring performance goals.
  • Build a system of regulations, processes, norms, limits and factory operating instructions.
  • Monitor the entire production process to ensure optimal productivity, efficiency and application of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards relevant to food production, such as ISO standards, HACCP, GMP...
  • Ensure working conditions, maintain safety standards for employees and factory infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations for production facility operations.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by management.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from university or higher, majoring in food technology or related fields.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a food production management position of medium/large scale food factories or factories.
  • Having legal knowledge and in-depth understanding of quality management standards and food hygiene and safety is an advantage.
  • Passion for the  food technology and food production.
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to speak clearly and exercise good judgment. 
  • Ability to work under pressure. 
  • Ability to travel and move depending on project locations and work demand.
