The "Visit Vietnam" initiative is a groundbreaking national project designed to elevate Vietnam‘s tourism industry. Our mission is to establish a prestigious, data-driven national certification that recognizes and promotes excellence in tourism services. By building a comprehensive National Tourism Platform (NTP) and leveraging innovative technologies like blockchain for review verification, we aim to enhance tourist experiences, empower businesses with actionable insights, and solidify Vietnam‘s position as a world-class travel destination. 

Job Summary: 

The Business Analyst Expert will lead the requirements gathering and analysis process for the Visit Vietnam platform. You will be the crucial link between business stakeholders and the technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements that will define the product. 

Reports To: - Project Manager 

Employment Type: - Full-time 

Location: - Hanoi, Vietnam (On-site) 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements from all key stakeholders, including the NDA, SGR, and tourism businesses. 

- Oversee the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams. 

- Translate the "Visit Vietnam" certification criteria and tiered benefits program into detailed functional specifications for the NTP. 

- Define the detailed requirements for core platform features, including the data contribution mechanism, B2B portal, and review verification process. 

- Work closely with the Solution Architect and UX/UI Lead to ensure requirements are technically feasible and provide a great user experience. 

- Mentor and manage a Business Analyst, ensuring consistency and quality in requirements documentation. 

- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and a shared understanding of the product vision. 

- Act as the primary point of contact for the development team to clarify requirements and business logic throughout the development lifecycle. 

Qualifications (Must-Haves): 

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. 

- Proven experience in gathering requirements for complex software applications, data platforms, or enterprise systems. 

- Expertise in writing clear and concise technical documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, and business process models. 

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and deconstruct complex business rules. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for facilitating discussions and building consensus. 

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. 

Qualifications (Preferred): 

- Experience in the tourism, hospitality, or digital marketing industries. 

- Familiarity with data governance, data quality metrics, or API-based products. 

- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). 

- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or similar certification.
