DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it

- Providing supervision, blueprints and guidance to development teams

- Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented

- Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have

- Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets

- Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- At least 5+ years-experience developing and implemementing architecture

- Experience creating and promoting guiding development principles and influencing development teams, business users and management in adoption of technical solutions

- In-depth understanding of a variety of technologies, development platforms and cloud technologies

- Efficient communication and presentation skill

- Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details.

- Experience with institutionalizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across multiple software development teams is a plus

- Very positive optimistic attitude & team spirit
