Job Summary

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire production process, installation, and operation of live stunt shows, from the planning stage to completion. This key position involves ensuring seamless coordination among complex technical aspects (Audio, Lighting, Video, Laser, Show control, Automation) to deliver a unique, high-quality performance on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management:

- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning, design, execution, to monitoring and final acceptance. Ensure technical deliverables are executed precisely according to project requirements.

- Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

- Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.

- Analyzes risks and provides regular updates to Project Leader regarding projects status and any problems or potential problems. Takes proactive steps to minimize delays in delivery.

- Documents and understands what the technical environment dependencies are for each project to support an end to end integrated environment

2. Show Technical Supervision:

- Be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects related to the AVL (Audio, Video, Lighting), automation, networking, Show Control & SFX (Special effects) systems.

- AVL including not limited to: Speaker array QSC, Sub woofer, Amplifier multi channels, Perforation audio material specification analysis, 3D Mapping configuration, Projector callibration & settings, Moving heads LX installation and setting up, Wash LX installation and setting up, Gobo LX effect intergration, RDM control with DMX.

- Networking, Show control system including but not limited to:  Medialon-7^th sense server, GrandMA theater lighting programming console, KVM system, NETGEAR hardware intergration, Rosendahl MIF4 timecode configuration

- Automation including not limited to: Winch system for fly bar/theater curtain/ rigging scheme, Chainhoist automation rigging, Stage automation lift Serapid-driven system

- SFX (Special effects) including not limited to: Water fountains 1D 2D 3D 4D, immersive water pump effect, Water screen upside down + fan effects, Geyser effects, Mist effect, Flame effect, Pipe effect penetration specialist.

- Approve and ensure detailed technical drawings align with project requirements.

3. Show Construction Supervision:

- Be responsible for overseeing all construction building – show intergration aspects relate to: structural, architecture, landscaping, interior, exterior, zoning, infrastructure

- Be responsible for overseeing all MEP building – show intergration aspects relate to: Electrical mechanic, High to Low voltage system, generator system, Electronic & ELV, Water & electricity pumbling system, networking ethernet, fiber system, EER evaluation plan, Fire fighting system.

4. Coordination:

- Work in conjunction with other technical design team, project personnel, and other related teams (like) to coordinate efforts effectively.

- Translating scope and requirements of a technical nature to wider stakeholders of all levels

- Vendor Management: Manage suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of AVL, Show Control, Construction, Automation and other technical components.

5. Communication and Reporting:

- Lead meetings, write regular project reports, and maintain clear communication with different stakeholders.

- Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and divisions.

Job Requirements

1. Experience: At least 2-3 years of related project management & one Large scale (>1000m²) show or multimedia event production experience.

2. Technical Skills:

- Understands what the technical environment dependencies are

- Deep understanding of construction, MEP, network systems in Multimedia show relates to including but not limited to: structural, architecture, landscaping, interior, exterior, zoning, infrastructure

- Strong knowledge of AVL (Audio, Lighting, Video) stage equipment systems, show control systems, and show programming relates to but not limited to: Speaker array, Sub woofer, Amplifier multi channels, Perforation audio material specification analysis, 3D Mapping configuration, Projector callibration & settings, Moving heads LX installation and setting up, Wash LX installation and setting up, Gobo LX effect intergration, RDM control, Medialon-7^th sense server, GrandMA theater lighting programming console, KVM system, NETGEAR hardware intergration, Rosendahl MIF4 timecode configuration, Winch system for fly bar/theater curtain/ rigging scheme, Chainhoist automation rigging, Stage automation lift Serapid-driven system, Water fountains, immersive water pump, Water screen upside down + fan, Geyser, Mist, Flame effect, Pipe penetration specialist

- Proficient in AutoCAD & SketchUp software to demonstrate and review technical drawings, shop drawings.

- Proficient in English communication with the ability to read and interpret technical documents in construction, MEP, AVL systems (Audio, Lighting, Video), networking, automation, control systems, and show programming.

- Strong professional report-writing skills.
