OVER VIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Business Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and progress of multiple digital products and initiatives, ensuring quality assurance throughout the development and execution of digital initiatives and solutions, and fostering the growth and retention of talent within the Digital Business function.

KEY RESPONSIBLES

- Convert DEC’s overarching digital business goals and strategies into specific objectives and solutions for initiatives.

- Supervise the entire design and development process of digital projects, offering clear guidance on design, implementation, problem-solving, and quality assurance to PO to ensure successful delivery.

- Evaluate opportunities for digital enhancements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Work with DEC TMO and HR to expedite talent recruitment, capability building, and retention for the subsidiary under DEC Digital Business.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- At least 8 years of relevant experience in industries such as Theme Park, Hospitality, or Real Estate.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing digital solutions and leading product development projects.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, user-centered design, and lean project processes.

- In-depth knowledge of both existing and emerging digital technologies, including the Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Predictive Analytics, and APIs.

- Strong understanding of the latest digital and innovation trends within the Theme Park, Hospitality, and Real Estate sectors.
