- Xây dựng, cập nhật và quản lý các tài liệu khai thác như: Airport Briefing, Route Guide, Takeoff/Landing Performance Charts, Mass & Balance, MEL,…  
- Nghiên cứu các yêu cầu và quy định của nhà chức trách hàng không (IATA, ICAO, v.v.) và quốc gia SPA hoạt động, các chính sách và quy định của SPA để biên soạn và sửa đổi các tài liệu về MEL cho tất cả các tàu bay của SPA.  
- Hỗ trợ Dispatcher và phi công trong các vấn đề về performance, sân bay đặc biệt, alternate routing, ETOPS/EDTO.  
- Tư vấn các chính sách tiết kiệm nhiên liệu và vận hành hiệu quả.  
- Tư vấn kỹ thuật khi hãng mở route mới hoặc thay đổi type rating máy bay.  
- Tính toán dữ liệu cất cánh/hạ cánh, độ dài đường băng, thời tiết ảnh hưởng, giới hạn trọng lượng.  
- Phân tích dữ liệu khai thác thực tế để đề xuất cải tiến quy trình, chuẩn hóa dữ liệu, hỗ trợ Safety.  
- Giao tiếp với các đối tác sản xuất máy bay để cập nhật dữ liệu chính thức (AFM, FCOM, QRH updates...).  

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC  
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học (ưu tiên các ngành Hàng không, Logistics, Giao thông vận tải).  
- Am hiểu quy định của cục hàng không.  
- Tiếng Anh tốt, TOEIC> 600 điểm hoặc tương đương.  
- Ra quyết định nhanh trong tình huống bất thường.  
- Làm việc tốt với các tài liệu tiếng Anh.

English:

- Build, update, and manage operational documents such as Airport Briefings, Route Guides, Takeoff/Landing Performance Charts, Mass & Balance, MEL, etc.  
- Research requirements and regulations of aviation authorities (IATA, ICAO, etc.) and SPA operating country policies to draft and revise MEL documentation for all SPA aircraft.  
- Support Dispatchers and pilots on performance, special airports, alternate routing, ETOPS/EDTO issues.  
- Advise on fuel-saving policies and efficient operations.  
- Provide technical advice when the airline launches new routes or changes aircraft type ratings.  
- Calculate takeoff/landing data, runway length, weather impacts, and weight limits.  
- Analyze actual operational data to propose process improvements, standardize data, and support Safety.  
- Communicate with aircraft manufacturers to update official data (AFM, FCOM, QRH updates).  

JOB REQUIREMENTS  
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.  
- Understanding of civil aviation authority regulations.  
- Good English proficiency (TOEIC >600 or equivalent).  
- Quick decision-making in abnormal situations.  
- Ability to work effectively with English documentation.
